Wear Red Tomorrow to Raise Awareness for Women's Heart Health

Rita from Surrender Dorothy tells us that her "emphasis as I turn forty this year is on maintenance of my body. I believe exercise and mindful stress-reduction strategies are the best things I can do to keep myself healthy, mentally and physically. I meditate for a few minutes when I wake up and while my daughter is calming down for bed, and I run or lift weights 4-5 times a week."
