Ummm...so what

Ummm...so what

unbothered

Look here, I have reached a point in my life where I am unbothered. I cannot be concerned with those who do not like me, my personality or whatever. How you view me, think of me or how you think I am, is not a concern. Have your opinion and regardless of whatever that is……..I’m still good. I’m still blessed. I’m still living life. I’m still fearfully and wonderfully made. What others think of me, is not a concern. You should be the same way too!

Everyone you meet is not going to like you. They may not like your personality, your attitude, the way you dress, the way you talk, your weave, your nails…whatever! But who cares!? Never water yourself down for anyone. Period. Forget about those who don’t like you because there are and will be plenty of people who accept you just as you are. So those who don’t like you, can take a seat as you continue to be yourself.

Understand this one thing-the best gift you can give yourself is the gift of authenticity. You should never feel the need to pretend to be someone you are not, because you are your most powerful self when you are being authentic. Stop trying to be what other people want you to be or who you think they want you to be to please them. Be yourself, exactly as you are!

Pretending is exhausting and who needs the added stress of putting up a front, when you can just be yourself? When the lights go out it is just you! Your main priority is to make sure you do not disappoint yourself, or lose yourself, trying to please everyone else and make sure other people like you, be it family, friends, co-workers or whomever.

Just be authentic. Be yourself exactly as you are. Those who have an issue with you don’teven worry about it, you don't need to be around them. Those who accept you 100 proof, are the only people that deserve to be in your life. Never water yourself down for anyone! If they don’t like you......so the hell what?! Just continue to be your authentic self.
