Spring Cleaning: Top 10 Things You'll Forget
As I start to think about spring cleaning, I asked other BlogHer staffers what people always forget to clean but really, really need attention. As in, ew. Brace yourselves.
There are some things that will require a vacuum or a very strong stomach. This is one of them.

Cell Phone & Earbuds
A damp cloth is all you need!
Especially the jewelry you wear on your hands!
Ceiling Fans, Regular Fans and Overhead Vents
Especially if you have allergies, make sure you're getting the dust off your fan blades and vents. They're easy to overlook and they are totally blowing air on you.
Give them a wash before you smear them all over your face, right?
Don't think about where it's been.
Cleaning Brushes & Sponges
Soaking them in bleach every once in a while probably isn't a bad idea. Some you could probably even run through the dishwasher.
Spices, Salt & Pepper Shakers
Go ahead. Pretend you never put your handbag on the floor.
