Spend Less Save More: Itemizing your price book
The final method of price books binder organized by item. This is the first way I began to track the prices of my items. I have one page for each of the 100 items I track such as eggs, flour, milk, bread etc. I file them in order of the aisle I shop as I go through my most frequented store, using this document.
This method will take usually a month to track your pantry staples, but over that time you will be able to see where and when to get the most for your money.
No matter what method you chose Spreadsheets, digital smart phone, binder by store or binder by item you can only learn more about not just prices , but your spending habits and end the end if you learn how to spend less and save more than you’ve learned a great deal.
