After reaching a plateau in my weight-loss maintenance, I decided it was time to shake things up a bit–literally. I’ve joined a yoga studio and now go twice a week, do sprint and rest intervals on the treadmill at least twice a week, and then continue with my barre method routines every other day. I’m trying to break to 131-pound mark and see if I can get back to my high school weight of 128. . . .
