Each week I’ve posted my workout log, but haven’t spent too much time going through how training is going or how I’m feeling…I figured now that we are almost 60 days away from NYCM, it’s time for an update! I chose to do a solid 4 weeks of base building this time around, which made my overall plan 20 weeks. Since training is generally the part I really enjoy, I wasn’t worried about having a longer cycle. . . .
