I know some of you loathe the treadmill, but I have to admit I have some of my best workouts on the treadmill because I can so easily trick my mind and body in to really mixing things up! Since posting about a few of my longer treadmill runs 16-20 miles, you have been emailing me left and right asking how to stay on longer than 2 miles without going crazy.
