Movers and shakers, apply here! Mic wranglers will need to maneuver through rooms to deliver the microphone to attendees who want to make their voices heard. This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time.
The estimated time commitment for mic wranglers is 3.5 hours per day.
Registration desk helper
This job is more than just being a friendly face—registration desk helpers have the critical task of coordinating check-in for attendees, providing badges, answering questions, and being a general know-it-all (or at least knowing where to find the answers). Experience with Mac and iPad is a plus. This position requires the ability to sit behind a counter for long stretches of time.
The estimated time commitment for registration desk volunteers is 3.5 hours per day.

Are you capable of live tweeting a session? This position entails quickly constructing sound bites of what the speakers are saying in 140 characters or less and tweeting them, using the #BlogHer17 hashtag, and potentially a session-specific hashtag. Live tweeters must use their own wifi-enabled laptops or phones. You must tweet the session as it plays out, not summarize or editorialize the discussion between panelists and attendees, or send tweets after the fact.
The estimated time commitment for live tweeters is 3.5 hours per day.
For those willing to help wherever they're needed (bless you), the estimated time commitment is 3.5 hours per day.
