Sometimes things seem so difficult you just don't know if you can keep going. You don't know where to turn or where to go. What to say or what to do. What can help you through this? What can help you to blow off your steam, help you to unwind, help to calm emotions?
One thing that keeps me going is my walking. It seems to be a stress relief for me. I can feel the anxiety and stress melt away when I get started. I never thought that walking would help me in this way.
No matter what your struggle is, find something that you can do just for you that will help you keep going. That helps you not want to give up.
As I continue on my journey to a healthier me and meeting different goals on my way I am pushing forward. Pushing forward to make my life and my family's life better. And yes, walking is helping me to push forward.
