Pineapple and Coconut Green Smoothie

Pineapple and Coconut Green Smoothie

It’s been a while. Today I pulled out my blender to make this smoothie and I couldn’t get it locked in place. I kept trying and then started getting annoyed. Just then I realized I was trying to lock it in the wrong direction. It’s only been a few weeks how could I so easily forget how my blender locks into place? I don’t always stay on track when it comes to making smoothies but I will never stop doing it.

So I made this one and really enjoyed drinking it.

Let’s go green smoothies!

Serves 2-4

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks with juice from pineapple
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend well. Serve immediately.
