Food Network host Aarti Sequeira is known for two things: spinning her Indian soul into American favourites, and her laugh. Armed with both, the former CNN producer won "Food Network Star," going on to host "Aarti Party," a cooking show that grew out of the popular blog and YouTube show shot in her kitchen with her actor/director husband, Brendan McNamara. Her cookbook, "Aarti Paarti," ranked in the top three Indian-Middle Eastern cookbooks on Amazon, outdone only by Yotam Ottalenghi!

Catherine, mom to three children, launched Weelicious.com in 2007 as a platform to show parents around the world how easy and beneficial it is to expose children to wholesome, delicious homemade food. Weelicious now has over 1,300 original recipes and over 350 cooking videos. In 2015, she started One Potato, an organic, family-friendly meal delivery company offering three meals a week (which take around 30 minutes) to inspire families to cook and eat together. She is also a professional food photographer and recipe developer who has worked for numerous national and local brands, and her work has appeared in various well-known online and print publications. Emily Paster is the writer, photographer, and recipe developer behind the the popular family food blog, West of the Loop. In 2011, she founded the Chicago Food Swap, one of the most active food swaps in the country. Emily’s first book, a combination cookbook and guide to the food swap movement entitled Food Swap: Specialty Recipes for Bartering, Sharing & Giving, was published in May 2016. Her second cookbook, The Joys of Jewish Preserving, will be released in spring 2017.

Freddie Prinze, Jr, starred in such movies as She’s All That, I Know What You Did Last Summer, and I Still Know What You Did Last Summer as well as the Scooby-Doo franchise and Summer Catch. Jake stars as the "culinary ace" on the Food Network series "Smollett Eats." The six-episode series, produced by Smollett Collective Inc., just completed its first season run. The series will re-air on the Cooking Channel during winter 2016.  Jake Smollett gets to work alongside his favorite chef, Rachael Ray, as a recurring guest on "The Rachael Ray Show." Smollett’s interest in cooking began at an early age as he watched his mother make health-conscious yet delectable recipes for their family. While acting, Jake continued honing his culinary craft.

Jazz has always been a serious home cook and a leader in planning family and social gatherings. She works with numerous brands on food and lifestyle campaigns, contributes recipes to print magazines, is a "Today" show and TODAY.com food and parenting contributor, writes for Parents.com, and has a column in the Huffington Post.

Lisa Lillien (aka Hungry Girl) is a New York Times best-selling author and creator of the Hungry Girl brand. She is the founder of hungry-girl.com, the free daily email service that entertains and informs hungry people everywhere. Her multi-million-dollar, multi-media brand has a fan base of nearly three million email subscribers and social media followers, and it was created at her kitchen table for less than $10,000.

Martha Pincoffs is wife to Jo, mom to River and Townes, and blogger (Not That Martha) turned food entrepreneur. In 2011, amid a challenge to cook all her meals at home from locally sourced ingredients, she launched Hot Dang. Hot Dang started as a vegetarian burger company in Austin, Texas, and has grown into a healthy frozen food line available across the US. Martha is now president of Hat Creek Provisions, an Austin-based fermented vegetable company.

Rachel has been working with Canadian Lentils, which is a farmer-funded promotional brand, since 2012. With a background in PR, Rachel spent five years focused largely in the production area of agriculture with an emphasis on farmer communications, prior to launching the Canadian Lentils brand. The brand goal is to increase consumption of lentils by promoting their health attributes (such as high protein levels), along with their versatility and ease of use in the kitchen.

Rashda Khan covers water and local government issues, and writes a food column for the San Angelo Standard-Times, a Gannett/USA Today Network paper. Her column, "The Family Table," focuses on everything local. She writes about farmers and the farmers’ market, local chefs and restaurants, cookbooks and home cooking, community events, and issues.

The Lisa Ekus Group is a full service culinary agency specializing in talent and literary representation. Sally Ekus joined The Lisa Ekus Group in 2009. She represents a wide range of culinary talent, from first-time cookbook authors to seasoned chefs, professional food writers, bloggers, and internet and television personalities. Sally loves being the liaison between an author and their publisher, and takes great pride in guiding authors toward their dreams of publication.

Toni Tipton-Martin is a culinary journalist, author, and community activist dedicated to building a healthier community. She is the author of the "The Jemima Code: Two Centuries of African American Cookbooks," which celebrates the important legacy of African American cooks and their cookbooks. She is the winner of a 2015 James Beard Book Award and the 2015 Art of Eating Prize, and the recipient of a 2015 Certificate of Outstanding Contribution to Publishing from the Black Caucus of the Library Association.
