Day 30: One Month of Practice
I have been writing this blog for a month now. It has been a good practice. It has done the job of warming me up and helping me create the space in my life for writing again. I am in gratitude for that.
I have decided I want to spend more time with my words before putting them out. So although I will continue to write everyday as I have for the past 30 days, because that space has been carved, the actual posts will be less frequent, perhaps once, twice, or possibly three times a week at the most. I am grateful for this little blog, regardless how rough it appears, it has been wonderful for me, and as I have said it has created space in my life again for the writing and that is a significant thing.
Kundalini yoga and meditation will continue to be a daily practice. Today was my 46th day in a row of Kundalini yoga.
