Seafood Sliders with Butter Lettuce & Tomato
Sliders are an excellent way to feed a crowd—and who doesn’t like mini-burgers, anyway? Mine are seafood burgers made from a combination of shrimp, scallops, and squid, all mixed in the food processor for a seriously delectable treat. Serve them with a slice of cherry tomato and lettuce, and some spicy condiments on a tiny challah bun, and watch even your most mannered, sophisticated guests lick their fingers with delight!
