Android's Best Animal Apps for Kids!

This week we're unleashing our "inner animal" with a host of wildlife and farmyard related apps! The KIDO'Z team has noticed just how many animal themed games there on the market these days and so here's a run-down of our favorites – which have all recently been pre-approved by us!

For Under 3's…
Our favorite animal apps for our youngest kids include Noah’s Noisy Ark - Peekaboo, Talking Pierre the Parrot and Fish Adventure. These apps are all super easy to use, include cute graphics and will help your little ones identify and become familiar with different animals. Oh, did we mention that they're also lots of fun!

Fish Adventure

For 3-7 year olds…
Monkey Word School Adventure is a great game for helping your kids become more familiar with letters, sight words, phonics and spelling. Your kids can join Monkey and his friends as they travel through the jungle exploring the fabulous world of words!

Learning Bunnies: Math will help your kids with basic math. It has fun graphics to make learning fun and will help them to become more motivated with numbers.

Learning Bunnies: Math

Our favorite level game for this age group is Chicken Invaders 3 - Revenge of the Yolk. It's a fun game that's easy to master, and will bring hours of entertainment to your kids, whilst they try and save Earth from another invasion of Intergalactic Chickens!

For 8-12 year olds…
This age group had, by far, the best animal apps we saw and moderated. In fact it was hard for us to narrow down our choice of apps to just two, but here are our favorites!

The pig world is in danger! Your kids must follow the four heroes of ham through the fires of hell and use their brains, brawn and bacon to stop the Aporkalypse! This crazy action games features 60 challenging levels which will keep your kids entertained for hours!

Aby Escape

In Aby Escape, your kids have to save Aby (a very unlucky raccoon) from her pursuers. Help Aby slide, jump and speed to dodge all the obstacles in his ways. Collect coins and unlock tons of power-ups along the way and strive to reach the top scores in the 50 exclusive challenges.

Other animal apps we recommend include: Angry Birds (a firm favorite of kids worldwide!), Dream Zoo, Pets Fun House and Cat vs Dog – finally there may be an answer to the age-old question "who's better, dogs or cats?"… then again, maybe not!
